The eye pillow can be used at room temperature, chilled, or warmed.
The removable cover can be washed at 30 °C. The flaxseed-filled inner pillow must not be washed.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when warming or cooling the eye pillow. Always check that it is not too hot before placing it over your eyes.
Close your eyes, feel the weight of the pillow, and notice your breath. An invitation to pause, with nothing you need to do in this moment.
