Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (REGUNG, owner Dr. Inka Valeska Braun, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-727-170, Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, telephone: +49 6131 4896779, email: hallo@regung.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using Withdraw from contract – online function. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, including the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. This excludes any additional costs arising because you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to REGUNG, Dr. Inka Valeska Braun, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-727-170, Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notify us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
