Delivery area

We deliver within Germany. We do not currently offer international delivery or collection in person.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping: €5.99 per order.
Untracked postal shipping (Warensendung): €2.70 per order, if this shipping method is offered to you at checkout.

The shipping methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you make your purchase. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the price of the goods and displayed before you complete your order. All shipping charges stated are final prices.

Processing and delivery times

We prepare your order for dispatch and hand it over to the shipping provider within 1–2 working days of receiving it.

The total delivery time within Germany is 4–7 working days from receipt of your order. This already includes 1–2 working days for processing and 3–5 working days in transit.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We begin processing orders placed on weekends or public holidays on the next working day.
