1. Scope and contracting party

These terms and conditions apply to orders for goods placed through the REGUNG online shop at regung.com, in the version in effect when the order is placed. Individual agreements take precedence.

Shopify provides the technical platform for the shop. The seller of the goods offered by REGUNG and your contracting party is Dr. Inka Valeska Braun, not Shopify.

2. Goods and product information

The essential characteristics of the goods, including their design, materials, dimensions, and any relevant care or usage instructions, are provided on the respective product page. The information for the variant selected at the time of your order is authoritative. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The display of goods in the online shop is an invitation to place an order and does not yet constitute a binding contractual offer from us.

You select the goods and variants you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. During checkout, you enter your contact and delivery details and select an available shipping and payment method. If you use an accelerated checkout method, details stored by the payment provider may be used.

Before submitting a binding order, you can review the goods, quantities, addresses, shipping costs, and total price displayed, and correct them using the editing options provided. You can remove items and change quantities in your cart. You may cancel the ordering process before completing a binding order.

By clicking the final order button, which is clearly labeled as involving an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods displayed.

We promptly confirm receipt of your order by email. With this order confirmation, we also accept your order; the purchase contract is concluded when you receive this email. If we actually collect the payment, or instruct the payment provider to do so, before that time, this already constitutes acceptance of your offer. Merely authorizing a payment or reserving an amount does not constitute collection of payment.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

4. Contract language and storage

The language of the contract is German.

We store the order details. You will receive your order details, the terms and conditions applicable when the contract is concluded, and the withdrawal instructions, including the model withdrawal form, by email in a format you can save. Please keep these documents. You can also save or print the terms provided on our website using your browser’s save or print function.

You can access available order information through the link in your order confirmation or through your customer account. We do not provide a permanently accessible archive of all previous versions of our legal texts on the website.

5. Prices and payment

All prices shown in the shop are final prices in euros, including statutory VAT. Shipping costs, displayed before you complete your order, are charged in addition. The prices shown when you place your order apply; subsequent price changes do not affect a contract that has already been concluded.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. We offer payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Depending on availability, these may include card payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

For immediate payment methods, payment is initiated during checkout. If payment by invoice or installments is offered, the payment dates and terms of the relevant payment provider communicated during checkout apply. Availability of payment methods may depend on checks carried out by the payment provider. Statutory rights of retention and set-off remain unaffected.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver exclusively within Germany. We do not offer collection in person.

Standard shipping costs €5.99 per order. If untracked postal shipping (Warensendung) is offered to you at checkout, it costs €2.70 per order and does not include tracking. The shipping methods available for your order and their costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

The total delivery time is 4–7 working days from receipt of the order. This already includes 1–2 working days for processing and 3–5 working days in transit. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We begin processing orders placed on weekends or public holidays on the next working day.

For consumer purchases, we bear the risk of accidental loss of or accidental damage to the goods during shipping arranged by us until the goods are handed over to you or a person you have designated to receive them. This also applies to untracked postal shipping.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The conditions, deadlines, return address, and model withdrawal form are set out in our right of withdrawal policy.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, as stated in the withdrawal instructions. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods, and the applicable rules on who bears the costs, remain unaffected.

8. Rights in the event of defects and liability

Statutory rights in the event of defects apply. If a delivery is damaged or faulty, please contact us at hallo@regung.com so that we can clarify the next steps. This request does not restrict your statutory rights or create an additional deadline for reporting defects.

Our liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions. These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit statutory rights in the event of defects or statutory liability.

Information about how personal data is processed and about your data protection rights is available in our Privacy policy. Agreeing to these terms and conditions does not constitute consent to advertising or non-essential tracking.
